We hope you are satisfied with your order. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please review the information below.
Return Period
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in a resalable condition, free from signs of wear, use, or damage.
POUCHI reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
To request an exchange, please contact us before returning your item.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, used, or if the protective seal has been removed.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as POUCHI cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist us in resolving the issue, please include your order number and photographs of the item received.
